CAPO VERDE: Horse trekking on the beach<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here we are in the “magical” place that gave me the opportunity to start my journey with the horses.<\/p>\n

This is an archipelago of ten islands of volcanic origin, located about 500 km from the Senegalese coasts in the North Atlantic Ocean. My destination was “Ilha do Sal”, known as Sal<\/strong>, the largest and perhaps the most popular tourist island.<\/p>\n

I set out in June. I found a beautiful climate with sun and wind proper to stay on the beach and enjoy the panorama of the kitesurfers. Kitesurfing is a sailing sport of recent invention (1999), a variant of kiteboarding specific to wave riding. It consists in being driven by a kite which uses the wind as a propeller and which is maneuvered through a “control bar” connected to the kite by thin cables (four or five) of dyneema<\/a> or spectra<\/a> called \u201clines” of 22 to 27 m long. Kitesurfing uses standard surfboards or boards, which harnesses the power of the wind to be propelled across the water on a kiteboard.<\/p>\n

Seeing these kitesurfers was a beautiful emotion for us lying on the beach and enjoying the sun, the sea in good company.<\/p>\n

Everything was beautiful. Like every holiday must be: sea, sun, good food and good company that gave the opportunity to be there or not. Finding out, however, with people whom you do not met before but with whom you want to share the cheerfulness of a mere holiday.<\/p>\n

Until the moment when I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the “horse” that passed on the beach.<\/p>\n

You already know what it happened to me! \u00a0Love at first sight \u2013 NEW PASSION\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this island, very pretty. There is a very interesting salina to visit, captivating one, I would say: dive and stay afloat. A beautiful feeling. The inhabitants of the place are very quiet and have respect for the tourist. Since Egypt has become dangerous, many tourists spent their holidays here.<\/p>\n

The island is modernizing with new resorts and hotels in order to encourage tourism that is a source of great economic income.<\/p>\n

Perfect climate, I would say …. Hot weather and windy place. What do you want more?<\/p>\n

\u00a0 Well … just the horse <\/strong><\/p>\n

The adventure begins, not by Mr. Buenaventura, but by Ester and all the people who, like her, need to find a little peace of mind and sharing values with the others, both Italian and foreign.<\/p>\n
